You have the Unidisk 3.5 card. Its name is similar but not the same as the 
superdrive card. It has "Apple II 3.5" Disk Controller Card" at the top. It
also has (c)1991 and you'll find a red LED, 65C02, and SWIM chip on there.
The Unidisk card will have (c)1985 on it and say LIRON somewhere on the card.
That along with the name you mentioned.
