     You might try booting a ProDOS which has the NSC patch. This is likely to
be a relatively 'brute force' install-- i.e. it is more likely to wipe out the
effects of whatever ProSel did. Then, try going back to the newer NSC utility.

     For future uses of ProSel, you may need to eliminate any pieces which mess
with the clock.
