You have to use the following keyword:

aol://4344:1264.a2main.10029531.514525857

to get to the Apple II Forum's home page first then
you can add it to your favorites list.  You get the
the chat room by clicking the chat button.  Once
there you can add the chat room to your favorites
list too.
