To tell the truth, I'm not sure if Shareware Solutions II is the exclusive
distributor of the Golden Orchard CD-ROM, or not. As it is, the term
"exclusive" never came up in my negotiations with Jim Maricondo.

Then again, if Jim continues to sell the CD-ROM, he's doing so at the
original $60 asking price, and Shareware Solutions II is only charging $25.
