Except you shouldn't need to do it.  The C600G trick was only required
with the old monitor ROM, since it doesn't try to boot a disk controller
card.  The automatic boot produced by the Autostart ROM ends up doing
exactly the same thing, so should behave the same by auto boot as a
manual C600G.

In addition, you can just type PR#6 from BASIC to get the same effect.

That makes sense - if it predated the 16-sector controller _and_ the
II+, then you would need BOOT13 (or START13) to boot the disk.

If it isn't copy protected, then you may be able to copy the files to a
DOS 3.3 disk using MUFFIN.
