2 monitors??

hello,

i recently purchased a new trinitron 19" monito.
i have connected it to my old powermac 7100/66.
my query is this.....can i also hook up my old 15" apple  monitor to the
other av monitor slot (high density monitor port) and use them both at the
same time, the 15" for palettes etc..???
if so what kind of adapter/jack do i need as the av monitor looks quite
unusual??
or maybe i could hook up the new 19" (although it says in the original
7100 literature that the high density port should be used for monitors 16"
or smaller) to the av monitor port and the 15 " to the regular standard
port??
any help with this would be appreciated.
