Need Apple IIc term program!

Hello,

I am wondering if anyone would be willing to help me out.  I have come
upon an Apple IIc of a friend's, whose entire set of poems, writings,
etc. are contained upon.  I would like to do a null-modem transfer of
these over to my PC, but I lack a disc with a terminal program on it. 
If anyone would be willing to mail me one, I would reimburse you.
