The early (from 1986 up) AppleColor RGB units are trinitron.
You can spot these because they are incredibly black so
contrast and color are incredibly good. Somewhat later,
the AppleColor RGB monitor switched tubes. You can tell
the later units because the screens are grayer rather than
black.
