i have some questions

Hello, i am now the proud owner of an Apple ][ and i have some problems and
questions

1. is there supposed to be unlabeled keys on it?

2.my computer would load but i would freeze because of a stuck key. when it
was unstuck then the computer would no longer load a thing

3.i that white button some sort of reset?

4.are there any keys that can make the disk start loading? it never
completes it. it makes the noises of loading now but then stops but the in
use light is still on.

5.is it ok to shut down at anytime?

6.how do you save a BASIC program after writing one?
