The No Slot Clock is sold by JDR Microdevices under the name
Dallas Smartwatch. See the post I copied from another thread
below:

Thanks to Supertimer I found what I needed. I'm posting his reply in
order to share the knowledge. The actual software for the No Slot Clock can
be found at : ftp://tarnover.dyndns.org/cabi/Utilities/NSC.STUFF/

Hi Gus, grab the one for the ROM. That one is designed to fit
under any 64k or 256k ROM/EPROM 28 pin chip. What you
do is pry off a ROM in the IIc Plus, plug the Smartwatch into
the empty socket, then plug the ROM into the Smartwatch.

You'd then need to find the No Slot Clock software somewhere
from someone (best bet on csa2) since a patch must be
applied to ProDOS for it to recognize the SmartWatch.

Good luck!
