resource materials needed

Just today I recieved an apple ][e.  I was pleased with this as it is
the computer on which I took my first steps in programing back in the
early 80's.

The only problem is I got no documentation with it.  I now need some
help tracking down any manuals that I might need.  For starters I would
like something that details the BASIC that comes in it.

I would also like to find some software for it.  A word proccessor,
spread sheet, and perhaps a few games.
