There's a box called JAM!! that'll do this.  Don't know where
to get one, though.  Meant for putting Nintendo and Sega
games on VGA.

For the IIGS (or the IIe) you could get a Second Sight SVGA
card from http://www.sequential.com/ Sequential Systems,
but it does not work with the II+.
