The grey 3.5 aka "Apple 3.5 Drive" was marketed for all boxes which could
use a 3.5 drive. Hence it has a model # beginning with A9M. The "Apple II
Unidisk 3.5" is only for Apple IIs and has an A2M model #. BTW the eject
button gets disabled on older Mac system software at least, but it seems
like I got it to work on my SE/30 with OS 7.5.5 on an external 800K and
on an external superdrive.

Nope, only the card with LIRON on it will work. The superdrive card might
as well but I'm not inclined to put my card or a Unidisk at risk trying it.
They're both a bit too scarce so I can live without knowing.
