EDD/Essential Data Duplicator/Utilico...?

Hey all,

I remember 'the good ol days' too.  In fact, I went to high school with
the guy who wrote EDD and started Utilico Software.  He used to work on
EDD (I can't remember what he originally called it) at the high school
computer lab during lunch break.

Anyway, I was wondering if any of you all knew; what happened to that
program or to Don Schnapp or Utilico?  I remember talking to his
brother towards the end of the Apple 2 and he was trying to get Don to
diversify the Utilico business, but Don wanted no part of it.  And when
the 2 series died.. it seems like so did Utilico and of course EDD.

Anyone have any clues 'Where Are They Now?(sm)'
