Look for the CPU chip on the IIGS motherboard. It is the
one marked 65C816. (Line up the Zip board over slot 3
and the bottom of the Zip board should fall over the 65C816
socket and chip.) Unseat the 65C816. Place the 65C816
into safe keeping.

Take the Zip card and line up the pins in the DIP plug
with the empty CPU socket. Seat the plug into the
socket. Finally, plug the Zip card into slot 3.

Lastly, replace the IIGS cover. Power up the IIGS. If
everything is not very much faster than before, check
the DIP switches. If everything IS very much faster
than before, then the Zip GSX v1.02 is working normally.

Congratulations, you have a rare card. This card,
especially if (easily) modified to run even faster (as in
2x or almost so) routinely fetches hundreds range
results on eBay. Reasonably so. IIGS users seek
out this card and are willing to pay for it.
