I had SubLogic's Flight Simulator. It simulated a Cessna
and the manuals were detailed and realism oriented. The
included flight scenery was enough to fly from Los Angeles
LAX to Catalina island. It was pretty good, but I always
thought the realism was messed up by the terrible sound.
Too bad a IIGS version was never released. A little Ensoniq
power would have helped a lot.

Yup. It is called Fill Mode. On the IIGS, you just need to
draw an outline of a shape and it gets filled in by the
hardware in this mode. They could do something like the
polygonal rendering in Falcon 3.0 for a IIGS flight simulator
easily. It is really too bad that FTA didn't have people who
enjoyed flight sims. The Su-27 Flanker sim also uses this
type of rendering.
