In addition to the ones already mentioned, there was also Chuck
Yeager's Advanced Flight Trainer for the 8 bit Apple IIs.

Did you just want airplane related flight sims?  There are also some
interesting sci-fi type flight sims, that usually include some other
gaming aspects, like Space Vikings, Elite, Space Rogue and probably
others.
