Unable to load /APPLEWORKS/SEG.XM

Hi, I just got an Apple II memory expansion board populated with 256k, and 
now when I boot my Appleworks 3.0 it says "Unable to load 
/APPLEWORKS/SEG.XM". Now that I have extra ram is it trying to load a 
support module it cannot find? 
 
Where do you get "seg.xm"? I have the original disks for Applework 3.0 on 
3.5 and 5.25, and I can't find it on the 5.25s, and I don't have a 3.5 drive 
yet (soon).
