Saw a wierd II clone... is it worth the effort to get it?

The other day in a thrift store I saw an Apple II clone with almost no 
cards init (just a 16k ram card and a serial card).  The only identifying 
mark of who made this was a logo of a capital letter "I" on a globe, both 
on the keyboard power light and one of the ROM chips.

What is this exactly, and is it worth bothering to collect it?  Is it more 
or less desirable than a genuine Apple II?

I probably won't bother with it anyhow (I'd rather keep the $4 and the 
storage space), but I was just curious.
