Might be an overloaded power supply. Try pulling the PCT card
to see if it'll now work. If so, you need a Buggie Power Supply
(from Dr. Steve Buggie who posts to this newsgroup).
The pattern does indicate the CPU is locking up, but it worked
on the other IIGS, so it could be something got damaged when
you pulled it. The ribbon cable has fragile wires.

You should really put the TWGS into slot 3 since it is one of
the few cards that works there. Besides, it is closer to the
CPU socket.

I think the GS-RAM III comes with 4MB of memory if the
sockets are filled.
GS-RAM could go up to 6MB, if I'm correct, assuming you
use denser chips in all of them. However, GS-RAM came
with a ROM chip that had to be matched to the ROM version.
ROM 01 GS-RAMs could not work with ROM 3 units.
GS-RAM III is a safer bet because it is newer and uses less
power. If you want to go 6MB, might as well get a Sirius
card and go the whole 8MB!

The drive might be dead. I'd take the little IDE drive out,
get rid of it, put in an SCSI drive, and connect the SCSI
drive to your Apple High Speed SCSI card for a neat internal
solution.
