inch laptop sized drives are $150-$250 for very small (<  200MB)
drives.

Yes, laptop sized SCSI disks are rarer than hen's teeth. Why do you need that form-factor? None of the internal disk systems for the Apple 2 used 2.5" drives.

The only 2.5" SCSI drive I've ever seen was the one in my long-departed Alpha Multia.
