For instructions on using mail2news at mit send an email to:

mail2news@anon.lcs.mit.edu with Subject: help

you will receive an autoreply about 4 pages long with instructions and their
policy.
This document explains it better than I can in one article. But in a nutshell:

There are 2 methods

1.) Alter the headers in your email per the instructions from above
2. a.) send your article to
mail2news-YYYYMMDD-news.group.desired@anon.lcs.mit.edu
b.) for spam resistence send it to
mail2news_nospam-YYYYMMDD-news.group.desired@anon.lcs.mit.edu

replace YYYY with current year, MM with current month, DD with current day and
news.group.desired with desired newsgroup.

No other method works, AFAIK. Please read and follow their policy so as to not
spoil it for others. ;o)
