They are not made anymore.

http://www.sequential.com/ Sequential Systems used to make them.
CT-20, CT-40, and CT-100.  Sizes go up to 100MB (CT-100).  These
drives plugged into the floppy port.

Also, from a LONG time ago there was the ProAPP series hard
drives that ran off Mac and IIc floppy ports.  Since the IIc Plus is
compatible with the IIc, these drives should work too.
