Unfortunately, I don't know that much about their design, except how to
modify them to go faster.

If you can find a IIGS user who also designs PC motherboards, you
might have a chance of making this happen.  IIGS accelerators seem
to operate much as the cache on some PC motherboards work.

I fooled around with the BIOS setup on my PC once, turning off the
motherboard cache.  Boy, did the resulting slowdown seem like
turning off the TWGS on my IIGS!
