Apple Access and modem

I recently bought an Apple //e and it came with a disk labeled:

Apple Access Communications

It appears to be some type of a modem program.  I very recently
got a US Robotics 14.4 external modem that I would like to connect
to the //e via the Super Serial Card (or to my //c when I'm on the
road).  I understand that the 14.4 is overkill, I'd be happy with 2400
baud!!  

Does anyone have any experience with Apple Access??  I'd try it out,
but I am waiting to get a modem cable!
