If you have a PC, you could download ap2222pc, put together the special cable
required, and transfer your disks to PC (so long as they are not copy protected).
Once on the PC, the disks would exist as disk image files on hard disk which
could be accessed via an Apple II emulator such as AppleWin. There are, also, ways to
extract files from disk image to PC file form.
You can download ap2222pc as file ap2222pc.zip from Asimov at ...
ftp://ftp.apple.asimov.net/pub/apple_II/utility/ . Use WinZIP to uncompress the file;
ap2222pc.zip includes directions.
