Need help with mac performa 6115CD monitor cable?

Hello group,
    I've got a problem that I knew I could come to a mac group with and
hopefully get some answers. Well I'm a linux user and just recently
bought a used mac from a company. I bought a Performa 6115CD Power mac.
I got the box home and then I'm sitting there wondering what the helll?
What kind of monitor cable do I need? It looks to be a D25 female on the
back of the mac but I'm not sure. What kind of monitor do I have to get
to use on this mac. I would really appreciate any of the help that I
could get. Thanks ahead of time.
