It is still everyone's personal decision whether he wants to make money on a
platform or not. It's definitely not a living but it may be a tip.

The "dead platform" statement almost sounds as if Apple II stuff was a
self-service thing. Apple may have ceased support but to me it's
self-explaining that at least some basic rules are honored. This includes
asking people for permission when posting their articles or private emails.
Respecting intellectual property of those who don't share your view of a
dead platform. It seems to me some people do anything they see fit to serve
the purpose and become famous for a couple of seconds.

To hell with laws and courts. It's something we all are supposed to have
learned at one point - behave.

This whole thing truly pisses me off. If there's no respect for other's work
then we can safely forget about the whole thing. Because that's what makes a
"community".
