help: apple2 emulator for linux

will some kind soul send me (or make available via ftp)

apple_II.rom  (12k image of D000-FFFF)
apple_IIe.rom     samo
slot6.rom     (256k of good ol' C600-C6FF)

also, i noticed that these files should be in the home directory of the
person using the emulator.  is there a way of making them available in
/usr/local/share to all accounts on my linux system?

lastly, i'm not sure how to phrase this without it sounding bad, but...
uhhh... the asimove server is great and i can't wait to to start playing my
favorite games again (the apple ][ *rocks*) but how can that server remain
up unaccosted?  should i start downloading everything quickly or is there
really no copyright issues?
