If you have the ability to create disk images for use with the emulators,
then
you could try using SST, which can make disk images of copy protected disks
and store the images on standard DOS 3.3 disks, so that the disk can be
reconstructed later on.

If you cannot make disk images for the emulators, then if you could copy of
the disk using Locksmith or Copy][+ or DDD or similar and you are happy to
snail-mail the disk to me here in Australia, then I can convert it to a disk
image for use with the emulators.
