Most are. You will run into some 36-track disks because Disk ][ can
normally handle 36 tracks with no problem. A few games, etc. were protected
from early copiers by using the extra track. There are some 40-track disks,
too; but, these require a newer design 5.25" drive.
Anyway, .dsk 5.25" disk images are 35 tracks.
Files ending with ".PO" use ProDOS sector ordering. The ap2222pc docs seem
to exclude transfer of .PO files. Nibblized disk transfers (e.g. .nib files)
are mentioned as a future upgrade. These limitations will seldom block getting
the 5.25" software you want. Nearly all disk images (including images of many
ProDOS disks) are .dsk files which employ DOS 3.3 sector ordering.
