I would just like to add that the IIc Plus' ImageWriter II printer
cable IS a modem cable PLUS a null modem adapter INSIDE.
A printer cable is just a modem cable with two wires switched.
A null modem adapter is an adapter that switches two pins.

Thus, just plug an ImageWriter II cable between your IIc Plus
and Mac and you can null-modem.

Between the IIc Plus and a PC, you'll need an RS232
connector on the PC side. Thus, instead of an ImageWriter
II cable, use an ImageWriter I cable.

PRINTER CABLE = NULL MODEM CABLE!
