Unfortunately that doesn't work anymore. Apple, <SARCASM> in their
infinite wisdom </SARCASM>, only make the GS/OS System disks available
as Mac self-extracting archives with a MacBinary header (*.sea.bin).
I think they only make System 6.0.1 available now. I'm not even sure
that the latest ProDOS system disks are still available there. Good
thing there are other places licensed to distribute the Apple II
operating systems.
