There were ProApp brand drives (10MB and 20MB) that worked on either
the older Macs or the IIc.  The only thing I don't like about them is that
they are not from Apple.

Wouldn't it be neat if someone took the guts of ProApp drives and stuffed
them in HD20s?  This certainly would not qualify as ruining the Mac
abilities of these drives since it is more of an upgrade to make them work
with BOTH Macs and IIc units!  I think this would be the best option.
