You don't have diagnostics to read the whole memory amount.  :)  The
easy path is to boot AppleWorks and see how much memory it reports.

I know of one disk (and I do have a 1M II and a 1.5M III) and it's a
real jewel -- allows you to set up a RAM disk and lock out banks (handy
if, like I was doing at one time, you want ProTerm 3.1 and a big RAM
disk to coexist), among other great functions.  I'm sure it's available
for download on the FTPs or some kind soul will copy it for you.
