The Apple1 meg cards use 256k chips and tops out at 1 meg.
Third party cards are available tin a variety of sizes up to 8mb.
My favorite is the Sirius Ram card from Altech. It can use up
to eight 1mb simms. And nowadays people are giving away
30 pin simms
