If using AppleWorks GS over a network please be aware the the "Delete
File..." option under the file menu will allow users to delete any file they
have access to on the local GS _and_ the server. Because of students doing
this at some schools, a fine gentleman named Harold Hislop developed and
posted a patch to AWGS 1.1 on GEnie around 1994 or 1995 that disables and
dims the "Delete File..." option. The patch just involved editing a few
bytes in the working copy of AWGS. Unfortunately, I no longer have my GEnie
roundtable archives so I cannot tell you what the patch is :o(
