Here's something interesting about nulib. As most people know from
my posts, I run Kegs on a Linux system. I recently set up an HFS
partition on my hard disk and can now easily access an hd from
the emulator and Linux. I have transferred some shrinkit dsk files
from this disk to a PC drive. Nulib extracted the disk with no
complaints but the disk was garbage. To test if this was a problem
caused by transferring between disks, I copied the archive back
to the HFS drive and ran Kegs. The archive unpacked correctly and
the disk is fine.

I am still experimenting with this to figure out the cause. I checked
a hex listing of the disk image and it seems the track/sector markers
might be missing. On the original disk image I see series of $ff bytes
wich are not on the extracted duplicate.

The good news in all this is Linux/Kegs users can now have a
large HD for IIgs programs and archives. I've got a 512 meg
working now. I will post a seperate thread with some explanations
for Kegs users.

The bad news, testing shk/sdk files with Nulib may be invalid.
