Hi I need help please if this computer A friend was scanning in a document when it frozen He had to stop it, and restart & since has been enable to start up using the hard disk, he has had to use a zip back up drive We have tried reinstalling the OS (os 8.1), but it hasn't helped Has anyone encounted this? or know what to do Help please Thanks Martyn
