What is status of GNO & how to download?

I am a PC user with a IIgs that I'd like to run GNO on.  How do I find the
latest version and then download to work on my IIgs?  Is there a way to
change a file downloaded from IE5 to a usable file disk on the IIgs?  Will I
have to get online with the IIgs to download this?  What is the current
status?  Are bug fixes being released?  Is development continueing?  Thanks
for the help.
