GEOS for IIe, special disk image...

Ok, I mentioned this before but it's been awhile and I just figured I'd
check one last time...
 Does anyone see a problem with a full, unprotected, 1.4mb disk image of
Apple II GEOS being made available? I got a varied response from 'no, it's
piracy, which is wrong' 'upload it ASAP to this ftp for all the a2
community' and 'well, do what you want, there's probably not as much of a
problem since the Apple II division of Berkeley Softworks failed miserably
and has been dead for some time'. So, I just figured I'd get one last
opinion on it since I'm not one who likes being the bad person in anyone's
eyes.
Also, I wondered where one should upload such a thing, if more than one place...

Or has someone else already made this somewhat agonizing creation and
uploaded it? Believe me, it's not fun to try to make GEOS do things it
doesn't like.
But, I guess someone with a IIgs or IIe with Superdrive controller and
extra time could have done the same thing eventually.
