Hmm, from the date, I'd say you should have found the answer by now,
but in case...  The message you are getting appears to imply that you
had someone make you a boot-disk, or that you found one with the
system you purchased/received second hand.  In either case, Hello is
the default name for startup programs for DOS 3.3.  In which case,
when the program finishes (if it does), you should be greeted with a
']' prompt, if not, then you need to get a boot disk.
