Apple ][c with Monitor and Printer - Should I buy it ?

I have been offered an Apple ][c with Monitor and Printer for $25
Australian - which is about $15 US.

People who have been following my Trackstar posts know that I have been
having problems getting my Trackstar 128 card to work in my PC.

Would the Apple ][c solve my problems and allow me to transfer my old
Apple ][ disks over to my PC for use with the Apple ][ emulators ?

If the Apple ][c has a printer, does that mean it has a serial card that
can be used with ADT to transfer disk images over to my PC ?

If the Apple ][c serial card is *not* the one I need, can I add another
serial card that will  allow me to use ADT to transfer disk images over
to my PC ?  i.e is the Apple ][c expandable / upgradable ?

Do I just use a standard serial modem / laplink cable ?  Or do I need
some other cable ?
