Why do you want a ProFile?  Because it is the only HD to work on a
Lisa, Lisa users are willing to pay $80 for the 10MB drive.  Thus, you
are not going to find it a good deal for a IIe drive.

http://www.allelec.com/ Alltech Electronics sells the Focus drive.  It
provides 500MB for $79.  The drive is on the controller.  It is a
hardcard.  It comes with the OS and shareware/freeware.
