I would like to add Convert 3200 here.  Although I don't have it, I've read
specs and user reports about it.  It is amazing.  Scale and convert a
GIF into a IIGS 3200 color mode graphics (results similar to Amiga
HAM mode) in three seconds.  Supports BMP, TIFF, and a host of
other formats.

The routines here can be the core for a graphical IIGS web browser
or extending the current text one to support graphics.
