I don't know how many times I have to say it...
 
Charles Turley is forever prohibited from re-posting or re-distributing
anything that I have ever created, and anything in the future that I ever
will create.
 
That prohibition includes, but is not limited to: articles, documentation,
press releases, software, satires and usenet posts.
 
If my words, even if those words are re-quoted in someone else's message,
are included anywhere on Charles Turley's web site, or on any of the other
sites he's involved with (cabi.net, its mirrors, or asimov), then that
would be a clear cut violation of my rights.
 
Turley is still the most despicable, dishonest, unethical, amoral person
I have ever had the misfortune of coming into contact with, and I want
absolutely nothing of mine associated with him. Nothing at all. 
 
I trust that is understood.
