As you and I discussed privately, some recently unearthed
correspondence from Joe Kohn indicates that, before his health took a
turn for the worse, he intended to make copies of this video available
through his online store.  I assume he would not have done so without
holding the copyright to the video, so though we cannot know who was
actually behind the camera, it is likely safe to distribute the video.

acknowledged in its description.  We have made every effort to respect
copyright, and should anyone with a right to object find this video, I
