Just to cap this off, if there are any ebay buyers out there who need advice,
such as what is a fair price, what is the latest version, what works with what
- you'll find many long-time Apple II users here who would be happy to advise
you without trying to sell you something. We may even know the seller. I don't
know if it's kosher to say that, but I see a lot of "redicoulous" (sic) bids,
and a little advice might be helpful to some. And, as Joe Kohn pointed out,
there are also many reliable Apple II businesses which are still active today
(although struggling) selling newsletters, new software, system software, and
other useful items.
