Apple IIe Boot Disks

I have been given an Apple IIe with dual drives.  I had diskettes for both
ProDos and Dos 3.3.  Neither of these disks will boot.  Once in a while the
ProDos disk will give the error:
    ***** UNABLE TO LOAD PRODOS ****

I believe that the diskettes are bad, but do not have any other disks to
boot from and look at these.

Any help or a source for bootable diskettes would be appreciated.
