     As far as I know, there is no PC standard for Binary II-prefixed files. If you
use the same mapping as .bin or .zip for all Apple II binary files, the files
should get downloaded okay. Really, except for true TXT files, every A2 file,
including binscii-ed files, might as well be treated as a binary type.
